This memorandum is being sent out so that all departments/majors will have ample time to prepare for the event, named _M-Fair_. M-Fair is set to occur on Wednesday, March 24th from 11:00AM to 4:00PM at the Reitz Union Collonade (as well as the North Lawn if extra space is needed). There will be room available for all to participate! It would be appreciated if each department/major could designate an individual as a contact for >M-Fair. CLASSC hopes that each department/major, as well as club/ organization for that department/major will be on hand for the event. This will bring curricular and extra-curricular closer together. CLASSC organizations (funded by CLASSC) will be in attendance, along with advisors from our Academic Advising Center. As soon as more information is available, public announcements will be made. The CLASSC has a very productive bunch of officers this year who are involving the Council in multiple activities across campus. I think the M-Fair is a great idea and hope you will support our students by participating in this event. Please email Carol Binello, as soon as possible, with the name and email address of the person in your area who will be in charge of putting a display together for the M-Fair.
